Quality Air Field App Privacy Policy

Quality Air HVAC (“Quality Air,” “we”) operates the Quality Air Field App (package com.qualityairhvac.technician, also shown as Field). This is a technician tool for assigned jobs. It is not a consumer storefront and it is not for children.

Who this covers. Technicians and other Quality Air staff who sign in. Homeowners and customers may appear in job records the office already keeps in Quality Air OS.

What the app uses. Account sign-in (email and password). Job data needed to do the work (customer name, service address, phone, job notes, schedule). Camera and microphone for closeout photos and video. The app is a wrap of the technician site at technician.qualityairhvac.com and stores that work in Quality Air OS.

What we do not do. We do not sell this information. We do not run ads in the Field App. We do not use Field App data to market to homeowners.

Who sees it. Quality Air dispatch and office staff through Quality Air OS. The hosting and database vendors that run Quality Air OS, only to operate the product. We do not share it with advertisers.

How long. Job and closeout records stay as long as Quality Air needs them to run the business and keep service history. You can ask us to correct or delete technician-account data by emailing qualityairhvac@gmail.com.
